  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients/partners & events
  • Interact with current and potential clients/partners via E-mail, phone, Video conferencing
  • Research leads and partnership opportunities
  • Receive and process online service orders
  • Organize and maintain records
  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective clients
  • Provide general support for targeted areas
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients/partners
  • Create spreadsheets, documents, letters and presentations, as needed
  • Manage E-mails, Social Media accounts, Business listings and Ad campaigns


  • Have a complete and active Linkedin, facebook & twitter profiles
  • Experience in administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
  • Being self-motivated and detail-oriented person
  • Copy-writing skills are preferred
  • Basic skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint


Base Salary plus Commission with uncapped earning potential.
