Outside Sales Representative (Remote Opportunity)


A great sales opportunity for the right candidate to work remotely in the position of Outside Sales Representative and join our growing team. We are looking for a sales talent to initiate leads and close business-to-business sales via Cold-calling, Door-to-door, Social selling, Cross-selling.

We are looking for candidates who are doing what it takes to sell to corporations, while going the extra mile for our clients. The candidate we are looking for should be passionate to sell Branding, Web design, Graphic design or Advertising campaigns.

  • Propose Service Agreements that are compliant with appropriate regulations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Agency services and prices
  • Identify leads and manage prospects
  • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs
  • Conduct scheduled cold-call prospecting activities and document activities
  • Deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers
  • Develop prospective customer profiles
  • Complete required Service Agreements in accordance with Agency policy
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Develop market behavior awareness and competitive trends
  • Review weekly progress with Management


  • Experience in outside selling for Advertising and Publishing fields
  • Mindset for B2B selling
  • High personal selling skills, able to close sales
  • Self motivated and disciplined and thrive on uncovering customer needs
  • Aggressive and determined to seek new sales opportunities
  • Having excellent organizational skills for keeping records on accounts and leads
  • Being connected over phone, Social Media and video conferencing


Base Salary plus Commission with uncapped earning potential.
